Two months later

My relationship with Fiona was like a rocket ship aimed at the stars with no intention of returning. It was difficult to teach third period without my cock getting hard in my pants, and as soon as the day was over, I rushed to my apartment because I knew she would be waiting. After finding her on the curb a couple of times after school, I just gave her a key. I was already trusting her with my freedom and my job, so it didn’t seem like there was any reason not to trust her with everything else. She was the only secret I had. She was a delicious one, though. I couldn’t get enough and every time I had to watch her leave, all I could think about was having in her in my bed again. She brought a fierceness in me that no woman before her ever had. There was no way I was letting anything come between us, no matter how much dynamite we juggled to keep our secret safe from the rest of the world.

“Hey, Mr. Turk. Could I talk to you for a minute?” A voice interrupted me as I was quickly packing up to leave for the day.

“Hey there, Sam. What’s up?” I turned towards the student from my fourth period class as he walked into the room.

“I’m struggling with the assignment you gave us—the mock stock market picks.” He held up his laptop and opened it. “I keep trying to pick good ones, but my portfolio is crashing.”

“Did you do the research behind the companies you invested in?” I tilted my head forward to look at his screen.

“I did.” He nodded quickly. “I tried to pick companies that were safe investments, but they’re not doing well at all.”

“Okay, I see what the problem is.” I pointed at his screen. “You picked huge companies like Berkshire Hathaway and Apple. Those companies aren’t going to have much of a change. The stocks might rise over time, but they’re not really good for short term investments.”

“I’m learning that.” He sighed and put his laptop down on my desk. “I don’t want to get a bad grade on this assignment, but I feel like this is over my head.”

“What did we talk about when I went over the assignment?” I raised my eyebrows inquisitively.

“You said we should find safe investments.” He nodded and shrugged. “I did that.”

“I said relatively safe. There’s always risk in the stock market, and you can invest some of your portfolio in the bigger companies, but you need to diversify your investments with some smaller companies as well.” I nodded and looked up at him. “Do you understand what I’m saying?”

“Yeah, I think so.” He smiled and picked up his laptop. “Thank you, Mr. Turk. By the way, I really like how you explain things. You make it so easy to understand this stuff.”

“I try.” I smiled and grabbed my bag. “Are you headed out?”

“Yeah.” He nodded and we walked together towards the parking lot.
